Pegaquest Dewormer Paste is a specialized oral paste that effectively controls a variety of worms in horses.
It is recommended for use coming into the months of August, September and October, and should be used at least once a year. This dewormer can also be used in place of Pegasol during the months of February March and April.
Pegaquest is a long acting, specialised oral paste dewormer suitable for use in the control of Large and small strongyles (including encysted stages of small strongyles), pinworms, ascarids, hairworms, threadworms, large-mouthed stomach worms, lungworms, tapeworms, stomach bots and cutaneous onchocerciasis(microfilaria). Each syringe contains Moxidectin 20mg/ml and Praziquantel 125mg/ml. Sizes: 12.2g. The full contents of the syringe is usitable for a horse of 600kg, with each marking on the syringe treating 100kg of body mass. This dewormer is safe for use on pregnant mares, foals over four weeks of age and breeding stallions
