Equine Specialized Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Times
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or encounter any delays, you will be notified via email or phone.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
    We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

    For customers located near our store or warehouse, we offer a local pickup option. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or phone. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

  2. Delivery Areas
    We currently ship throughout South Africa. For international orders, please contact us for specific shipping options and costs.

  3. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. Please use the tracking link provided to check the delivery progress.

  4. Shipping Delays
    We strive to meet the estimated delivery times; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

  5. Incorrect Shipping Information
    Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Equine Specialized will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses.

  6. Damaged or Lost Packages
    We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  7. Customs and Duties
    For international shipments, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery by the local customs office.
